Oslo kommune v/ Bymiljøetaten

The Agency for Urban Environment intends to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of site work that can cover the entire Urban Environment Agency ́s management area. The framework agreement will cover construction work that mainly involves works on, along and in roads, but it will also include ground and surface works within the agency ́s other disciplines, such as urban areas, park areas, footpaths, sports facilities etc. This framework agreement will be in addition to separate tender contests for upgrading roads, squares and meeting places. 4.2.3 Requirements regarding the tenderer ́s technical and professional qualifications.: Tenderers
shall have experience with the execution of construction projects along, on and in roads and streets in a densely populated city. The contract value must be more than NOK 15 million. Tenderers must have been responsible for the execution of significant parts of the project. Documentation requirement: A short description of the most important reference projects that have been completed in the last five years, including information on the contract ́s value, location, date of delivery as well as the name of the contracting authority and a description of the content of the assignment.
shall have sufficient capacity to execute two parallel construction projects with a minimum value of NOK 10 million per project. Documentation requirement: A description of the tenderer's average annual workforce and a description of technical personnel, including information on education and professional qualifications.

Last week error messages had again occurred in the software when the tenderer tried to price annex 2.6 The framework agreement ́s description and was unable to convert the price file to XML. Now the technical problems are straightened up and solved. All relevant records have been moved down to the correct level. Throughout last week from Tuesday to Friday, the announcement form eForms for Doffin and TED was down so the announcement of changes to the competition was not possible. We saw ourselves having to move the tender deadline to make sure that all interested participants get this and have enough to price a new file. A new tender deadline is stated in the notice and the competition implementation tool. The latest version is named Annex 2.6 The framework agreement ́s description v3
