Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

58 new nursing home places shall be established, divided between eight departments at Randesund sheltered accommodation centre. The building (Sømsveien 20) which currently stands up by the county road has 16 nursing home places with the accompanying common functions and shall be demolished as part of the contract. There are and 18 sheltered accommodation flats down at the site, which shall be kept and operated by the municipality ́s health sector during the construction period. There must be as much disruption as possible for residents and as flexible as possible the construction process. Careful planning and coordination of the project group together with the user group is necessary to ensure uniform operation without burdening the sheltered accommodations unnecessarily much. The NS 8407 contract shall consist of the complete delivery, engineering design services, demolition, ground work, building, infrastructure, outside work etc. as outlined and described, including roads and associated installations The project is being designed and constructed according to the attached descriptions and drawings, Kristiansand municipality ́s norms, instructions and requirement specifications.

Quality Assurance System: Tenderers shall have a good and well functioning quality assurance system. Documented by an account of the tenderer ́s quality assurance system/quality management system, as well as a copy of the table of contents. The account shall be on a maximum of two A4 pages. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent certification schemes, it will be sufficient to fulfil the requirement. Minimum qualification requirements

Environmental management system: Tenderers shall have sufficient relevant environmental competence, management systems and procedures for quality assurance to ensure that the service is carried out in an environmentally correct manner and in accordance with environmentally relevant requirements in public provisions and contract. Documented by an account of the tenderer's environment policy and guidelines for following-up the environment. The account shall be on a maximum of two A4 pages. Participating in Communities: If two or more tenderers would like to submit a joint tender, the Contracting Authority assumes that the tenderers themselves ensure that this is not in violation of the rules in the Competition Law between companies and control of company combinations (the Competition Act) dated 5 March 2004 no. 12. Tenderers who submit a tender for a community shall enclose a contract for binding cooperation and joint and several liability that is signed by all participants in the group. The enquiry should state who shall represent the group in the competition. All participants in the community shall submit separate and signed self-declaration forms (ESPD).

Registration: The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate, not older than 1 month, calculated from the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition.
