Drammen kommune
Drammen municipality requests tenders for a user friendly and internet based project hotel. The objective of the procurement is to ensure the availability of documents and information, as well as to have a reliable and traceable correspondence between all parties in projects. The projects mainly consist of engineering design, planning and construction of municipal engineering infrastructure within water and sewage, roads, sports facilities, parks and buildings. 5.4 Economic and financial capacity: Qualification Requirements
Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.
The economy will be assessed on an overall assessment based on the following parameters: performance ratio, degree of liquidity, solidity and debt ratio.
Documentation requirement
Presentation of the company's last Annual Financial Statements, Annual Report and Audit Report for the last three years or extracts thereof for the last three years.
Credit information that shows the company's solidity can be obtained by the contracting authority. The contracting authority will then use a credit report from Bisnode CreditPro.
If a tenderer will use a parent company or others, the equivalent credit rating as well as a binding statement shall be enclosed. "Annex 2 to instructions to the tenderer Commitment Statement" will be submitted by the tender deadline.

Qualification Requirements
Tenderers shall have carried out relevant deliveries in the last three (3) years.
Relevant means experience from contracting authorities with equivalent service needs, complexity and volume.
Documentation requirement
A description shall be given of the most relevant deliveries of equivalent complexity and size in the last three (3) years. Three (3) references are requested. It must be clearly stated that assignments have been carried out with clear relevance as it concerns services, complexity and volume.
References shall as a minimum be described with the following information:

Time period and duration
Size and number of users
Typical functions and assignments that were solved by the tool.

Document 0. Instructions to the tenderer Project Hotel have been revised. Point 7.1 first sentence " The qualified tenderers will be given the opportunity to submit a tender offer to Drammen municipality". It was wrongfully included.
This is an open tender contest, cf. Instructions to the tenderer point 3.1 where the qualification and tender offer are delivered as a single delivery. Otherwise, the document has been corrected, only one the mentioned sentence was wrong.
