The contracting authority would like tenders for reagents/kits for nucleic acid amplification based (NAAT/PCR) detecting bowel pathogenic microbes. It is a prerequisite that the tenderer offers all the analyses. Sub-tenders cannot be submitted. The annual value excluding VAT is estimated to be NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT. 3,500,000 and maximum during the contract period NOK 3,500,000 and a maximum of NOK 3,500,000 during the agreement period. 14 000 000. The stated consumption/extent is an estimate as information to the tenderer. Analyses are carried out for all genes for approx. 3,500 samples per annum. Available instrumentation for carrying out the analyses, Largest possible degree of automation is desirable in the test flow. The analyses must be able to be carried out on existing instrumentation. The supplier will be chosen based on quality, price, option for automation and compatibility with the existing instrument park. Primarily we envisage 3 possible test flows. The offered reagents must be able to fit at least one of these test flows. Other possible test flows can be proposed by the tenderer, but must not require the procurement/implementation of further instruments than what is currently in the department (see the list). Testing in the laboratoryThe tenderers who fulfil the shall-requirements and who are deemed qualified after theoretical review will be tested in the laboratory and will be assessed in accordance with the shall and ought-requirements connected to analytical quality and user friendliness. Tenderers shall deliver free of charge enough reagents for analysing all agents on 96 samples. If the laboratory sees a need for more reagents in the test, this can be invoiced at the stated price in the tender.
