Beskrivelse av anskaffelsen:
Tromsø municipality has decided that alternative 1 from the concept choice review shall form the basis for further engineering design services. The contracting authority plans to construct a new sports building as an expansion of the existing Tromsø hall. This involves the construction of a new large hall for ball sports and the renovation of the existing hall. Tromsøhallen is among the municipality's most utilised sports halls, where sports such as handball, basketball, volleyball and athletics and several facilities, which are used as training and competition arena. The current facilities do not meet the current requirements, and the contracting authority needs these are upgraded in accordance with the current needs so that both the sport of breadth and top sport are safeguarded forward. The hall has limited capacity to cover the needs of a growing population set in light. of Tromsø municipality ́s approved targets for sports offers. The project implementation shall therefore ensure that Pages 1/22 capacity of the hall will be increased and the facilities will be modern. There is also a need for the operation of the hall shall be effective and secure. The hall is located at Templarheimen, where the existing hall shall be renovated and a new sports building. shall be built as an expansion. The new sports building shall facilitate several sports through sustainable, innovative and energy efficient systems. See annex C2 for further information on the extent of the work and ambitions.

Experience from equivalent assignments: Demand: Tenderers shall have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from previous assignments. When assessing the relevance of equivalent assignments, the following elements will form the limit for Assessment: • The scope of the assignment • Contract sum for the assignment • the assignment ́s complexity Documentation: Tenderers shall document relevant experience by presenting a minimum of two reference projects from the last five years calculated from the tender deadline. The contracting authorities shall be specified with contact information. The reference projects shall include a description of the tenderer's assignments in the project as well as which competition and contract form was used. It shall also described which building was erected/renovated. See annex G - Reference list. This means that the tenderer must be able to refer to two (2) projects where a sports building has been built. and two (2) projects that have been executed as a co-piling contract. In order to meet the requirement for the number of this can be done with two projects where it is a combination of sports buildings and interaction contracts or two projects for sports buildings and two projects for a collaboration contract.
