Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
Tenderers shall contribute to the long-term environmental monitoring project Environment conditions and the state of preservation in selected medieval towns with the World Heritage Site Bryggen (MOV medieval town and Bryggen), which is led by NIKU on behalf of the Directorate of Cultural Heritage. The Directorate of Cultural Heritage is the project owner for the monitoring and the contracting authority and the owner of already installed and future installed monitoring equipment in the medieval towns, the I/T system at Bryggen (infiltration and transport of water) and data obtained through logging and measurements. NIKU (The Norwegian Institute for Cultural Memorial Research) is a multi-science research institute with professional responsibility for the archaeological survey and environmental monitoring of Norway's medieval towns, church places, monasteries and castles. NIKU works long-term in the field of environmental monitoring and functions as one of the cultural memorial management ́s professional consultants for preservation of cultural layers in unsaturated and saturated zones. In accordance with the regulations on professional distribution, etc. in accordance with the Cultural Memorial Act, NIKU shall undertake archaeological excavations etc. of automatically listed cultural monuments from the middle age, including church places, monasteries and church sites, citizen and fortifications, town sites and remains of such and standing buildings of all kinds. The Environment Monitoring Programme will provide us with knowledge that will contribute to the achievement of national and international targets, as well as target achievement within several of the Directorate of Cultural Heritage ́s preservation programmes and strategies. Knowledge obtained through the programme also provides a basis for reporting on the three national cultural environment goals - engagement, sustainable development and diversity.   The monitoring programme shall be implemented in accordance with European standards, NS-EN 17652:2022.Reporting is carried out annually in cooperation with NIKU.
