The contract also includes follow-up of productions managed by the Audiator. The number of productions required for follow-up each year varies, but there is estimated to be a place around 13-20 productions.

According to the Public Procurement Regulations § 7-9 fifth paragraph, the obligation to set requirements or criteria on climate and environmental considerations in accordance with the mentioned provision does not apply "if the procurement, in accordance with nature, has a climate footprint and an environmental impact that is immaterial."
The current procurement of mentor services (sub-contract I) is a procurement that has, to a large degree, an immaterial climate footprint and environmental impact. This is justified by the fact that the sub-contract concerns the purchase of consultancy services, as well as restricted travel activities and the procurement of products.
Sub-contract I only applies to the provision of services in the municipality ́s own premises, with the municipality ́s own equipment and with the municipality ́s own vehicles. In other words, it is not possible for the tenderer to influence the environmental impact of the delivery of this service.
The sub-contract is considered to have such a low environmental impact, the exception in accordance with PPR § 7-9 fifth paragraph will apply. An award criterion for climate and environment considerations will therefore not be set up.
According to the Public Procurement Regulations § 7-9, "Award criteria in accordance with the second and third paragraphs can be replaced with climate and environmental requirements in the requirement specifications, if it is clear that this provides a better climate and environmental effect and this is justified in the procurement documents".
Most of the environmental impact is for driving between different places for sub-contract II. The requirement specifications for driving consultants are therefore required to be carried out by using an ELECTRIC vehicle.
Since the environmental impact of this procurement is related to driving, it will give a clearly better environmental effect to have a requirement on the use of electric vehicles, against evaluating this. In such an evaluation, there is a risk that more people will not deliver electric cars, which will have a bad environmental effect.
