The tenderer's economic and financial capacity: Requirement: The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for collateral will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation requirement:
• A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service.
• The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain further credit ratings or other financial information that, but not limited to, annual accounts including notes, the board's annual reports and auditor's reports.

The tenderer ́s technical and professional qualifications.: Requirement 1: Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts.
Documentation 1: Description of the tenderer's most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the contract ́s value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address).
Requirement 2: Tenderers shall have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system.
Documentation 2: A description of the tenderer's quality assurance system (up to two A4 pages), or a copy of the system certificate issued by accredited certification bodies, or equivalent documentation. If a tenderer holds a valid ISO 9001 certificate, such a certificate will be accepted as documentation of fulfilment of the qualification requirement.
Requirement 3: Tenderers shall have a good and well-functioning IT security system.
Documentation 3: A description of the tenderer's IT security system (up to two A4 pages), or a copy of the system certificate issued by accredited certification bodies, or equivalent documentation. If a tenderer holds a valid ISO 27001 certificate, such a certificate will be accepted as documentation of fulfilment of the qualification requirement.
Requirement 4: Tenderers shall have a good and well-functioning environmental management system.
Documentation 4: A description of the tenderer's environmental part system (up to two A4 pages), or a copy of the system certificate issued by accredited certification bodies, or equivalent documentation. If a tenderer holds a valid ISO 14001 certificate, such a certificate will be accepted as documentation of fulfilment of the qualification requirement.
