Economic and financial capacity: Eligibility Requirements:
The supplier must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to perform the contract. Creditworthiness without collateral requirements will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation requirements:
- Credit rating based on the latest known accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit information agency that is licensed to conduct such activities.
If necessary, the contracting authority will obtain a credit assessment, from a credit information agency with a licence to conduct such activities, as a supplement to the documentation submitted in the tender.
If the supplier has objective reasons for not submitting the documentation required by the contracting authority, it may document its economic and financial capacity by submitting any other document that the contracting authority deems appropriate.
