The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with up to 3 tenderers for the hire of event technical equipment and staffing for various events organised by Sandnes kommune. Sandnes kommune annually holds many different types of events, from small to large events indoor and outdoor. This involves conferences and professional days, meetings, receptions, celebrations, culture and sports events. The event organisers can be departments and units across all of the municipal operations. The need will vary and change over time, but among established events that are expected to be repeated annually, the following can be mentioned: 17 May, Barnas by, Sandvedparkfestivalen, Kulturskolefestivalen, Generasjonslekene, 8 May, and Eventyrstien and Julemarked at Varatun farm. The tenderer is expected to be able to handle the extent for 17 May 2024. The estimated annual contract value is NOK 1,000,000 excluding VAT and the total contract value for the contract can be approx. NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. The total maximum value for the entire contract period is between NOK 4,000,000 - 6,000,000 excluding VAT. This is an estimate and it shall not carry any obligations for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer. The contract does not affect ongoing framework agreements, e.g. for the installation of AV equipment or technical services at Sandnes Arts and Arts Centre. Sandnes Arts and Arts Centre is otherwise excluded from this framework agreement.

The tenderer's economic and financial capacity: Requirements: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Tenderers must achieve a minimum rating of "credit worthy", i.e. tenderers must be in risk class 5 or higher on Experians scale. Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers: As documentation, the contracting authority will obtain the credit rating Commercial Delphi Score from Experian. Tenderers must achieve a minimum rating of "Credit worthy", i.e. risk class five or higher on the Experians scale. Foreign tenderers: As documentation, tenderers can submit a credit rating from a credit rating company with a licence to operate a credit information company. The credit rating shall show the current financial situation of the company and be based on the last available accounting figures. For all tenderers: If there is a justifiable reason not to provide a credit rating, the tenderer can submit any other document demonstrating that the economic and financial capacity requirements are met. However, the documentation must be approved by the contracting authority.

Reference: Requirements: Tenderers shall document that the company has experience with at least 3 relevant total productions that shall have been carried out in the last 3 years. Total production means deliveries where the tenderer has delivered a stage on an outdoor arena with at least 2 additional subjects of sound, lighting and/or picture production. At least 1 of the deliveries shall include stage deliveries at the level as described in the price form item 4.1. Documentation requirement: As documentation, tenderers shall fill in the attached form for the reference project with specific information on: - The assignment (short description) - Contract value excluding VAT. - Date (month and year) of the assignment. - The contracting authority (including a gender neutral preferred and info). The reference will only be contacted if required.
