The Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training in Oslo is moving into altered premises in Schweigaards gate 15 in Oslo, over a period that stretches from January 2024 to March 2025. The premises are subject to reconstruction and the floors are to be prepared in stages. The new premises will run over three floors and shall house 354 employees in an activity based workplace system. The Directorate of Education and Training will have many quality furniture that shall be used in the new premises. There is, thus, a need for the procurement of services and products connected to used furniture, covers, upgrading and redesign of parts of the existing furniture. See the attached floor plans marking the extent for furniture that requires processing. The drawings suggest the extent of the current need. In addition to the scope illustrated on the plan drawings, we would like the contract to also cover any new needs during the contract period as well as a maintenance contract for purchased services. Furthermore, we inform you that the Directorate of Education and Training, if a government joint agreement is established for the redesign of furniture or similar, may come into this. The total value of the framework agreement is between NOK 1,000,000 and NOK 2.5 million excluding VAT. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year. The Norwegian Directorate of Education and Training reserves the right to political decisions that can lead to changes in the scope of the assignment.
