The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
• Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate or printout from the Register of Entities for non-registration obliged individual companies.
• Foreign companies: Confirmation that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established. The confirmation can be submitted in writing or with reference to BRIS.
If a tenderer has both foreign and Norwegian companies, the Norwegian company shall be the contracting authority and a company registration certificate or print-out from the Norwegian company ́s register of entities shall be submitted.

Tenderers shall have sufficient experience from assignments that have included:
Planning, implementing and assessing needs based and work related 1:1 teaching in a foreign language for adults.
• Development of needs based and service related course materials to different target groups, on different topics and in different formats.
• Preparation and execution of tailor-made level and progress mapping and/or implementation and evaluation of standardised language tests.
Documentation requirement:
• Description of the tenderer's up to three most relevant assignments in the last three years. The descriptions must include the scope, date/room of the assignment and the name of the recipient/gender neutral preferred at the customer (if possible). A description of only one assignment documenting all three bullet points in the left column can be sufficient.
• The description shall be delivered in Annex 3 "Reference Assignment Description" and it shall be enclosed with the tender.
