Beskrivelse av anskaffelsen
Review on how best to establish one or several joint support services for safeguarding privacy, information security and universal design for, and procurements of digital teaching aids and learning resources in the nursery and school sector.
The contracting authority shall have options that apply to the following:
• Option 1: Review how the organisation and management of a privacy standard for the school sector can and ought to be in relation to, or be a part of, a support service. It is currently unclear what a privacy norm might be, but it could, for example, be as described in NOU 2022: 11 and/or NOU 2023: 19. One alternative may be requirements prepared in a consensus between persons responsible for treatment in the sector, such as the Norm in the health sector. Another alternative is guidance material from central authorities to the sector. It can also be a combination of these or other measures. In order to solve the assignment in the option, the Tenderer will need the same competence as in the main assignment, cf. the tender documentation point 5.6. The review in option 1 is estimated to be 100-200 hours. The contracting authority must take up the option in writing at the latest one - 1 - month before the contract expires. Any review work in accordance with this option shall be completed 14.06.2025.
• Option 2: Review whether and possibly how, the support service(s) can and ought to contribute to supporting the nursery and school sector in the introduction of the Accessibility Directive, which is planned to be implemented in Norwegian law by 28 June 2025. The review in option 2 is estimated to be 100-200 hours. Read more about the accessibility directive on the www.uutilsynet.no and on the Ministry of Culture ́s website. In order to solve the assignment in the option, the Tenderer will mostly need the same competence as in the main assignment, but with an emphasis on universal design. The contracting authority must take up the option in writing at the latest one - 1 - month before the contract expires. Any review work in accordance with this option shall be completed 14.06.2025.
• Option 3: Review of various financing models for the support service. The contracting authority must take up the option in writing at the latest one - 1 - month before the contract expires. The review in option 3 is estimated to be 200-400 hours.
