Economic and financial capacity: The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
Due to the contract ́s extent and complexity, tenderers are required to have an annual turnover of minimum NOK 2,000,000 for sub-competitions 1 and a minimum of NOK 1,000,000, cf. the Procurement Regulations § 16-3.
Documentation requirement:
The contracting authority will assess finances through the company and accounting information system Dun & Bradstreet.
If the tenderer is not registered in Dun & Bradstreet, tenderers are requested to submit extracts from the company's last updated annual accounts and the auditor's report.
Tenderers are requested to submit other information they believe is relevant. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain supplementary information about the tenderer's finances.
The requirement applies for both sub-competitions.

Documentation requirement:
Tenderers shall state and briefly describe the most important relevant deliveries in the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment ́s contracting authority (gender neutral preferred, telephone number and email address) with the value and date.
It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description.
The requirement applies for both sub-competitions.
If a tenderer submits a tender for both sub-competitions, separate documentation for each sub-competition must be submitted.
