Tenderers shall substantiate the financial capacity to fulfil the contract.: Annual financial statements including annual report and auditor's report for the last three fiscal years. If a tenderer feels that this does not provide a correct picture of their financial capacity, it can be accounted for, or by supplementing with a new credit rating carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution. Tenderers who plan to use sub-suppliers, which individually make up more than 10% of the tender sum, shall enclose equivalent documentation from the relevant companies. In addition an overview shall be provided of all planned contracts, what these include (type of work and extent) and the name of the contract helper. The contracting authority can obtain further documentation and assessments on the company ́s financial situation and use this in the qualification evaluation.

The company shall be legally registered.: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate Foreign companies: Registration certificate in a professional register as determined by legislation in the country where the tenderer is established.
The company shall have its tax and duty payments in order.: Norwegian companies: Tax and VAT certificate, both not older than 6 months from the tender deadline. Foreign companies: Certificate issued by the relevant authority in the tenderer ́s home country.
