Tenderers shall substantiate the financial capacity to fulfil the contract.: Public approved annual accounts including the annual report and the auditor ́s report for the last three fiscal years.
If a tenderer feels that this does not provide a correct picture of their financial capacity, it can be accounted for, or by supplementing with a new credit rating carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution.
Tenderers who plan to use sub-suppliers, which individually make up more than 10% of the contract sum, shall enclose equivalent documentation from the relevant companies. An overview shall be provided of planned contracts, what these include (type of work and scope) and the name of the contract helpers.
The contracting authority can obtain further documentation and assessments on the company ́s financial situation and use this in the qualification evaluation.
