The competence lift (kompetanseløftet) for special pedagogics and inclusive practice is used to strengthen the competence of employees in nurseries, schools, the PP service, and others who are around children and pupils, so that they, in total, can contribute to a inclusive, equal, and adapted offer for everyone. The work on the competence lift is closely related to the alterations to Statped and Statped's new mandate (see Statped and Kompetanseløftet).

A UH network has also been established for the competence lift, which is managed by USN. The aim of this network is to inspire and strengthen the UH sector in its work with the competence lift.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contracting authority would like an option for an expansion for parts of the assignment.
The purpose of the option is to have an opportunity for in-depth knowledge on one or more of the alternatives given below:
Alternative 1 Look at results in the development of practice. We know that development work and changing practice takes time, and there can be need to extend the assignment to capture this.
Alternative 2 Examine the use of any expansion of the competence package, for example, if new modules are developed in the package.
Alternative 3 Expand the assignment if other relevant topics are crystallised in the project period that can be connected to the use of the competence package, for example, strengthening cross-sectorial commitments.
We anticipate the value of the option will be up to NOK 1,500,000 excluding VAT.
The contracting authority will decide whether to take up the option at least one month prior to the contract expiration date. The option must be taken up in writing through Mercell.
