The purpose of the procurement is for participants to obtain a driving licence and be qualified for work as a professional bus driver (driving licence class D). Most participants will need a comprehensive training and qualification course in order obtain a driving licence, but some participants may only need to take parts of the training course. Based on this, NAV Measure Oslo finds it appropriate to offer qualification for bus driver services as both group classes and individual AMOs. This procurement will include a group-based training course where participants receive practical experience and the necessary qualifications to work as a bus driver. The training course will be closely linked to cooperating employers that take part in recruitment
and parts of participant training.

NAV Tiltak Oslo, hereinafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest in connection with the procurement of a framework agreement on labour market measure training courses (Norwegian: AMO) Qualifications for bus driver services, cf. Labour market measure regulations, chapter 7.
