The purpose of the procurement is for participants to obtain a driving licence and be qualified for work as a professional bus driver (driving licence class D). Most participants will need a comprehensive training and qualification course in order obtain a driving licence, but some participants may only need to take parts of the training course. Based on this, NAV Measure Oslo finds it appropriate to offer qualification for bus driver services as both group classes and individual AMOs. This procurement will include a group-based training course where participants receive practical experience and the necessary qualifications to work as a bus driver.
