Professional follow-up of the bully ombudsmen

The Norwegian Directorate of Education and Training is responsible for various measures that will strengthen nurseries, schools, authorities and owners in their work to promote safe environments, as well as preventing, uncovering, and managing discontent, bullying, and other violations. Despite comprehensive national investments in children's and students' learning environments, there is still a consistent number of students in primary schools reporting that they experience bullying at school.
Of the students that responded to the Student Survey in autumn 2021, 5.9% state that they have been bullied in one way or another, either digitally or by other students or by adults at the school.
The Norwegian Directorate for Education administers schemes with county bully ombudsmen, which was first launched in 2017. The aim of this scheme is to contribute to upholding children's and students' right to a safe and good nursery and school environment. The scheme is partially financed by the state with temporary duration until 2024.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The contracting authority would like an option for an extension and/or expansion of the assignment up to and including 31.12.2025.

The aim of the option is to ensure continuity during follow-up.

We anticipate the value of the option to be NOK 1,000,000.

We ask that tenderers describe how such an additional assignment can be carried out and the costs of this.

The contracting authority will decide whether to take up the option by 01.11.2024.
