Sandnes kommune

Sandnes municipality, Randaberg municipality and Kvitsøy municipality (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) invites tenderers to a tender contest. Sandnes kommune has the secretariat function for this competition and will safeguard contact with suppliers on behalf of the above mentioned municipalities. The contracting authority needs to enter into a contract for the delivery of print, scanning and copy as a service. The contract involves services ("as-a-service") scanning and printing system with equipment. The agreement includes a complete delivery of the necessary equipment and software for the provision of as well as the necessary operation, support and maintenance of the service. See Annex 2 - SSA-L annex for further information on the service. Sandnes municipality currently hires approx. 340 multi-function sprinters, divided between approx. 170 locations, with service agreements delivered by Canon. Randaberg municipality currently hires approx. 65 multi-function sprinters, divided between approx. 25 locations, with service agreements delivered by Canon. Kvitsøy municipality currently hires 8 printers. Further information is in "Annex 3 - Requirement Specifications" and "Annex 4 - Price Form".
