Kort beskrivelse:
The contracting authority will procure a new system for an electronic registering of patient journals.
The system will be used by emergency services, prison health services, health offices for migration, vaccines and infection, and municipal GP offices. It may also be applicable to use the system in other parts of the municipality, such as the Health Centre and other non-municipal GP offices.

The new system should be in operation as soon as possible and will fully replace the current system by 01.01.2024 at the latest.
Varighet: 36 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contract will be renewed automatically for 1 (one) year at a time unless terminated by the Contracting Authority with three 3 (three) months notice prior to the renewal date. The tenderer will have and option to terminate the contract 12 (twelve) months prior to the notification of contract renewal.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
1. Qualification requirement: Legally established company. Documentation requirement: Company registration certificate.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
2. Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have their affairs in order with respect to the payment of tax, payroll tax and value added tax (VAT).
3. Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to execute the contract.

4. Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have experience with similar deliveries of EPJ systems as a SaaS to a municipality/municipalities, with operation for a minimum of one year.
5. Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have a quality management system, ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent.
6. Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have an environmental management system, ISO 14001: or equivalent.

4. Documentation requirement: Description of similar deliveries, name of the contracting authority, contact details of the contact person at the contracting authority and the date of delivery.
5. Documentation requirement: Certificate ISO 9001:2015/equivalent certificate, or statement of the tenderer's quality management system.
6. Documentation requirement: Certificate ISO 14001:2015/equivalent certificate (e.g. EcoLighthouse), or statement of the tenderer's environmental management system.
