The aim is to procure a good and well-functioning library system for Troms and Finnmark County and participating parties.

Parties that have undertaken to procure the new library system in accordance with this contest are:

- 32 municipalities in Troms and Finnmark with the accompanying public libraries

- Two state college libraries in sixth form colleges

- Longyearbyen local council with the accompanying public library

- Troms og Finnmark County with

-- The Sami library service in Troms

-- 21 county college libraries in sixth form colleges

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

There will be an option for the contracting authority and each individual customer to extend the contract for a further five years, two + two + one year.

Parties that have signed an option to join:

Five municipalities in Troms and Finnmark County (Tromsø, Harstad, Vadsø, Tjelsund, and Berlevåg) with the accompanying public libraries.

83 school libraries in primary and secondary schools in Troms, Finnmark, and on Svalbard.

Finnmark County Library and the Book and Culture Bus in South Troms (Troms and Finnmark County).

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract. It is assumed that soliditet in accordance with the Proff® calculation model will be the minimum satisfactory level.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.

Tenderers are required to have an organisation that has the capacity to fulfil the contract.

Tenderers are required to have a good, well-functioning quality assurance system.

Tenderers are required to have a good, well-functioning environment management system.
