Oslo University Hospital Trust (OUS) would like to erect a modular building to lease office space on the roof or the C2-C6 building section on Rikshospitalet, on the constructed steel support system. Access to the modular building will be via the existing hospital with 3 stairwells and one new lift platform from the floor below. Constructing a foundation on the roof, extending the stairwells and lift platform are part of the contracting authority's services. See "G_Contracting Authority's Services".
The modular building consists of one floor with a maximum usable area of approx. 2770 m2. See "C.3.4.2, 11 2 C0 5 02 utnyttelse.pdf".
