The requirement shall be documented by sending a credit rating based on the last known accounting figures. The assessment shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation required by the contracting authority, he can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that the employer deems suitable. This must be clarified before the tender deadline expires.
