Qualification requirement 1: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations. Economic and financial capacity means that the tenderer fulfils the following requirement: * Tenderers must have a credit rating equal to A (Credit worthy) or better, measured on AAA Soliditet's scale - or an equivalent score from other reputable rating companies. Documentation requirement 1: The contracting authority will assess the tenderer ́s fulfilment of the qualification requirement in the following manner: • Credit rating. The credit rating shall not be older than six months from the tender deadline and it shall be based on the last known accounting figures. The contracting authority has the right to obtain a credit rating on its own initiative from a reputable rating company. If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation required by the Contracting Authority, he can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that the Contracting Authority deems suitable, including: • Income Statement and/or balance sheet in the last six months if it is more than six months since the last Annual Financial Statement. Qualification requirement 2: Tax and VAT certificate. Documentation requirement 2: A tax and duty certificate shall be submitted with the tender, showing the status for payment of tax, advance tax deduction, garnering, employer contribution and VAT. Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries must submit equivalent certificate(s). The certificates must not be older than six months, from the day the certificates are available for the Contracting Authority. The qualification requirements apply for sub-contracts 1 and 2: Tenderers shall have sufficient experience from the execution of comparable assignments. Comparable assignments are seen as the delivery of such performance as encompassed by the competition for health authorities or major public/private entities. For sub-contract 1, tenderers are required to have experience with the installation of Emergency Power/UPS for health companies or major public/private entities. Documentation requirement applies for sub-contracts 1 and 2: Tenderers shall enclose a list of the most important relevant deliveries or services performed in the last 3 years, including information on the value, date and recipient, as well as the nature of the assignment. If a tenderer would like to use other companies to fulfil the qualification requirements, an ESPD declaration must be submitted electronically for both the tenderer and the entity(s) that the tenderer will use. Tenderers shall document that they can use the necessary resources by enclosing a commitment statement from these entities. If a tenderer will use the capacity of other companies to fulfil the requirements for economic and financial capacity, the entities that the tenderer will use shall be joint and severally liable for the execution of the contract. This is to be documented by presenting a signed declaration where expressly stated. If a tenderer will use the capacity of other companies to fulfil the requirements for education and professional qualifications or the requirements of relevant experience, these entities shall carry out the services or building and construction work that requires such qualifications.
