Stavanger Municipality c/o Urban Environment and Development [Bymiljø og utbygging (BMU)] invites tenderers to this contest for the commencement of a framework agreement for professional environmental consultancy and services for cleanup of the contaminated seabed in Stavanger municipality.
The framework agreement will mainly include engineering design and consultancy assignments for facility projects related to the Cleaner Port Stavanger project.
A framework agreement will be signed with a maximum of two tenderers. The contracting authority will, to the best of its ability, distribute the contracts evenly among the tenderers. The contract runs for 24 months, after which the contracting authority has an option for a further 1+1 years.

The contract will include, amongst other things:

- Advice and mapping of conditions in the early phase.

- Consultancy, engineering design and preparation of technical plans. Preparation of relevant cost estimates and calculations, including Monte Carlo simulations

- Risk assessments

- Action assessment (needs, objectives and solutions)

- Compile basic information

- Compilation of results in 3D models

- Provide the necessary materials and documentation for clarifications and applications to public agencies.

- Technical and professional assistance and follow-up of the external environment during the execution phase.

- Preparation of documentation for supplementary and amendment requests.

- Mapping of objects (anchorages, chains, moorings, shipwrecks, debris and litter) (ROV)

- Fieldwork including sample collection, analysis and interpretation of data

The required deliverables are the environmental consultancy and services described in Annex 1 Requirement Specifications.
