The 'Package' shall include:
- The vibration tester
- Controls
- Mounting table for attaching the material subject to tests
- Software.
- All necessary sensors
- Universal test fixture(s)
- Air cooling - if required
- Necessary equipment for the vibration tester to work
- Assembly / foundation
Possibility of re-installation of sliding tables

2 voluntary options:
1) The supplier should be able to offer a wide range of sensors and other accessories/additional equipment for the vibration tester.
2) The supplier should be able to offer a range of other materials within the category Environmental testing.

'Qualification Requirement:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
• Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate
• Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established'.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
'Qualification Requirement:
Tenderers must have an economic and financial standing that makes it able to fulfil its contractual obligations throughout the entire contractual period. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation requirement:
- A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
'Qualification Requirement:
1) Tenderers must have experience from comparable contracts.
2) Tenderers must have relevant professional competence within the scope of the procurement.
Documentation requirement:
1: Description of up to 3 of the most relevant/comparable contracts during the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another supplier.

Tenderers must have a good and well-functioning quality assurance and management system for the provided services
Tenderers must submit documentation of the quality assurance system and management system. The following documentation will be accepted:
Certificate of the company's quality system/management system, issued by independent bodies that confirm that the tenderer fulfils quality assurance standards in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent,
or
A description that, as a minimum, covers the company´s procedures/routines for:
- Dealing with deviations and claims
- The process from the receiving and registration of orders until a completed delivery to the customer'.
Tenderers must have an established environmental management system.
Tenderers must submit documentation of their environmental management system. The following documentation will be accepted:
• Valid attestation/certificates issued by independent bodies (e.g. ISO 14001, EMAS, Miljøfyrtårn or equivalent systems), or
• A description of the tenderer´s own environmental management system. The description must, as a minimum, include environmental goals and an environmental policy'.
