The framework agreements concern purchase of micro-sensors with the necessary encapsulation for airometry. The framework agreement are divided into two lots. The procurement is a tender contest that follows Part I) of the regulations and that does not come under the tender contest rules. If there are inconsistencies between the Norwegian documents and the English text, the Norwegian documents come first. The procurement is being made on behalf of Oslo Municipality, Bergen Municipality, Kristiansand Municipality and Bærum Municipality.
