Turnkey contract VLMS new wing and alterations

iVest Consult AS

The project is for a new extension for Valdres Local Medical Centre, hereafter called VLMS. The extension will include functions for DPS, BUP, rented areas for an ophthalmologist and cancer medicine outpatients, with the necessary supporting area. The contract will also include the development of an existing commercial kitchen function, as well as minor alterations to
an existing area for fittings for an existing kitchen as well as a middle building between the new wing and the existing main building. The development will also involve the expansion of the parking area, with the accompanying area lighting and charging station for electric vehicles.
The execution will be generally based on TEK17.
