Bodø municipality, Røst municipality, Rødøy municipality and Hamarøy municipality shall procure telephony and switchboard support systems. In the period from January 2022 - October 2022, Bodø municipality received 30,213, Rødøy municipality received 3,776 and Røst municipality received 1,742 calls to the respective switchboards.
The services include a queuing system, fixed telephony, switchboard systems and administration tools. The need includes delivery, operation and maintenance of the services. Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

The agreement is automatically extended unless the contracting authority notifies the tenderer that the agreement is not to be extended at least 3 months in advance of the renewal date. The maximum duration of the contract, including options, is 6 years.

Qualification Requirement:

Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement:

Norwegian tenderers must submit a company registration certificate issued by the Register of Business Enterprises. The certificate must not be older than 3 months from the tender deadline.

Foreign tenderers must submit a certificate(s) of statutory registration in the country where the company is established. The certificate must not be older than 3 months from the tender deadline.

Qualification Requirement:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations.

Documentation requirement:

A credit assessment/rating not older than six months from the tender deadline and based on the last known accounting figures must be enclosed. A credit assessment/rating shall be carried out by a publicly approved credit rating institution.

Annex 3 - Key figures (template) must be filled out and submitted.

Equivalent must be submitted for any cooperating partners/sub-contractors the tenderer uses for fulfilment of the qualification requirements.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have experience from equivalent deliveries.

Documentation requirement:

Appendix 4 – Experience overview (template) must be filled out. It is the tenderer´s responsibility to document relevance of the reference deliveries provided. Three corresponding deliveries from the last 3 years must be submitted. If more than 3 deliveries are indicated, only the 3 most recently started deliveries will be considered.
