Goal management, result management and risk management constitute central processes within the framework for business management. Processes, responsibilities, roles and tools must support each other so that management and reporting for goals and results, together with risk management, collectively form an effective, predictable and transparent means of action in ongoing operations in parallel with the development of the business. Furthermore, it shall organize and make management information available, and contribute to active management so that all areas of the business implement measures in those parts of the business that are essential to achieve the goals.

Varighet: 48 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The four (4) year contract period will apply from the delivery day. The contract will then be renewed automatically for 1 (one) year at a time, unless 3 (three) months notice is given by the contracting authority before the renewal date. The tenderer will have and option to terminate the contract 12 (twelve) months prior to the notification of contract renewal.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations. This means: Nordic Tenderers must have a minimum of "A" (soliditet.no) Foreign Tenderers (outside the Nordic region) must have a minimum risk indicator of "2".

Documentation requirement:
The contracting authority will assess the tenderer's compliance with the qualifications requirement in the following fashion: The last submitted annual financial statement with notes including the auditor's statement. If a tenderer has valid reasons for being unable to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with another document, including for example a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer must have sufficient ability and capacity to carry out the agreement. The contracting authority will assess the tenderer's deliveries and the degree of comparability with the contracting authority's needs.
Documentation requirement:
1) The tenderer must submit an overview of the 3-5 most important deliveries that the tenderer has carried out during the last three years that are relevant to the contracting authority's needs described in the notice.
2) Information about professional qualifications such as certifications etc. of relevance to the need described in the tender documentation. This is specified in accordance with specified function areas.
