The main aim of the procurement is to facilitate the joint ministries' possibility to source sort to the greatest possible degree, as well as ensure that different types of waste are collected and disposed of in accordance with the current laws and regulations. Waste can be bothersome and it is very important that the joint ministries have a contract that can cover the need to remove waste generated in the office premises.
There is a need to enter into a framework agreement for waste management and recycled paper disposal for the ministries, Statsbygg, and DSS.

The contract will have a duration of 2 years from and including 01.06.2022 to and including 31.05.2024, with an option for up to a further two years, one year at a time. If the contracts are not signed by 01.06.2022, the contract will be valid from the date the contract is signed.

Requirements: Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation:
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate or a printout from the Unit Register for sole proprietorships not required to register.
Foreign tenderers: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established. The verification can be submitted in writing or by referring to BRIS.

Requirement: Paid taxes and duties.
Documentation:
• A certificate, not older than six months, which verifies that the tenderer has fulfilled the obligations of payment of taxes, social security contributions and VAT. The certificate can be ordered and obtained from Altinn by using a separate link on skatteetaten.no. If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration. The certificate is electronically certified and is therefore not signed. Relevant assignments mean equivalent assignments within waste management, recycled paper disposal, and associated services. Tenderers are responsible for ensuring that the description is of such a nature that it verifies compliance with the requirement.
