The Psychiatric Health Care Nordbyhagen project is an important project in the development of Ahus. The aim of the project is to provide a future orientated and modern psychiatric health care offer for the population in the region.
A concept phase has been carried out that has formed a basis for financing the project, and which gives the preliminary project important framework conditions. For the further development of the project we would now like to join up with a skilled supplier organisation consisting of contractors with their consultants, so that we, in an interaction, can plan and realise the best solutions for the project's unique needs.
This is a contest for development and interaction competence for the supplier organisation, where the specific experience and competence of the offered resources are in focus.

This is a contest for development and interaction competence for the supplier organisation, where the specific experience and competence of the offered resources are in focus.
Thus is the project owner/contracting authority for the Psychiatric Health Care Nordbyhagen (PHN) project, and will be the contract party for the project. The contracting authority has engaged Sykehusbygg HF project management services. This procurement is being made by Sykehusbygg HF on behalf of the contracting authority. The contract will be executed as a turnkey contract with integrated interaction and an expanded cooperation obligation for the execution. The assignment consists of planning and realising constructional work for the centre by carrying out an interaction phase and then the detailed engineering design services and construction - see the attached tender documentation. The procurement process will have a prequalification and the subsequent tender submission from qualified and selected tenderers, and possibly, negotiations.
