Grefsenveien between Disen bus stop and Myrerskogveien is to be improved with a cycle lane. The stretch is approx. 1.8 km from Disen bus top to Myrerskogveien in Oslo. Work is to be undertaken for a raised cycle lane and expanded pavement. In addition the surface water installations are to be upgraded as well as work is also to be carried out to facilitate two-sided guideways for new lighting cables and electrical cables for future needs. The measures must be established within the current development. Grefsenveien is 16-17 m wide with trams and vehicles along the same route.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have experience from assignments of an equivalent nature, scope, and complexity as the Grefsenveien project (92-BYM-2022), including work on roads, traffic management, work close to tracks/rails, infrastructure, and work in urban areas.

• It is sufficient for tenderers to document overall experience with the above-mentioned work

• Tenderers must have had the role of either main, general, or turnkey contractor in these projects.

Tenderers must state and give a description of the 3 most relevant projects that have been carried out in the last 10 years.

The overview must give information on:

• Description (up to 750 characters) of the assignments and its relevance as regards this project (Grefsenveien).

• The role and responsibility that the tenderer had in the assignment

• Contract value

• Date and place the work was carried out

• Name of the contracting authority

Tenderers must have quality assurance measures that are suitable for the delivery's complexity, risk, and goals.

·Documentation:

Completed Annex A.6, quality assurance measures tab, including a description of the tenderer's quality assurance methods.

· If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality assurance certificate, it is sufficient to attach a copy of the valid certificate.

A quality assurance system shall be established which ensure that the tenderer is suitable to comply with the contractual obligations for environmental regulations. This means that the tenderer must have established methods for working actively and systematically with reducing negative environmental impact from the tenderer activities related to the implementation of this contract.

· Completed Annex A.6, environmental management measures tab, including a description of the tenderer's environmental management measures, with a description of the environmental policy, climate and environmental goals, conformity assessment, and measures and routines for continual improvement measures.

· If a tenderer has certificates from independent bodies documenting the environmental management system relevant to the contract work, these can be submitted as documentation. The contracting authority refers in this connection to the EMAS (Eco-Management and Audit Scheme) , or other acknowledged environmental management systems stated in the decree (EF) no. 1221/2009 article 45, such as the Environmental Lighthouse Scheme or equivalent, and other environmental management standards that are based on relevant international standards from accredited bodies, e.g., ISO 14001 or equivalent.
