The contracting authority would like tenders for the procurement of contractor services with machines with the necessary additional equipment, means of transport, as well as crew in order to carry out assignments within:

- Maintenance work

- New municipal installations where the contractor is the responsible executor.

- Formulation and follow-up of actual plans and applications that are necessary for carrying out projects.

- Site management

Work on water and sewage installations

Work on roads

- Work on flood protection measures, such as clearing/plastring rivers and streams, etc.

- Site gardening work, green and grey

Blasting work

- Environmental clearance work

- Detecting cables and work warnings

- Staking out, surveying, and final and MOM documentation

- Blasting work

The tenderer must be able to obtain all the necessary equipment, material, and crew for all relevant assignments within contractor services, the above list is not exhaustive. This also concerns necessary safety and sign age material. Formulation of, and responsibility for signage plans, waste plans, etc., will also be part of many assignments.

The contracting authority uses machines for maintenance and renovation assignments,

clearance assignments, as well as new installations within matter removal, blasting, ground work, water and sewage, and other infrastructure for roads, road installations, technical installations, flood protection measures, dams, sports facilities, municipal properties, parks, etc.

Varighet: 24 måneder

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement:

Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate

Foreign tenderers: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to execute the contract.

Tenderers are required to be credit worthy and have financial solidity with a minimum credit rating of A in accordance with an assessment made in CreditPro by the credit information agency Bisnode CreditPro AS.

Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will obtain a credit report from Bisnode CreditPro. The report contains, amongst other things, the auditor's report, negative payment remarks, accounts and rating history, and it shall be based on the last known accounting figures.

Tenderers not subject to credit appraisal must present approved accounting figures showing good creditworthiness and sufficient financial implementation ability, or any other documentation that is considered suitable for the contracting authority.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have the required competence and capacity to fulfil the contract in a satisfactory way, including having had responsibility for administering and implementing comparable contracts.

Documentation requirement: A description of the tenderer's most relevant assignments that show a general project portfolio both as regards complexity, size, and type of project.

The description must document a volume of minimum NOK 80 million a year, and including information on the type of project, the tenderer's role in the project (contract responsibility, execution responsibility's etc.), the contract's value excluding VAT, the date of execution, and the recipient/builder (name, telephone number, and email address).

It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description.
