The Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training (Norwegian Udir) is providing the service Digilær.no and Kompetanse.udir.no.

Udir needs assistance in maintaining and further developing the services mentioned above as well as associated integrations. There is a focus on continuous development of the services. Monthly maintenance includes, but not exclusively, consulting assistance for software updates, security updates, development of tools used in the platforms.

This agreement includes a SSA-V (Agreement governing the maintenance and servicing of software and equipment), which is a separate SSA-D (Operational Services Agreement governing the purchase of operational services entered into with Redpill Linpro for Digilær.no, and which will be published at a later date). The scope of this agreement is continuous maintenance and further development of the services that Udir provides, not operation of the services.

The team in Udir that provides the services Digilær.no and Kompetanse.udir.no has the workplace in Tromsø.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The contracting authority wants to agree on an option concerning any prolongation and/or extension of parts of the assignment.

The purpose of the option is to extend the time period for the maintenance agreement. The option outlined is the possibility for extension for up to three years, one year at a time.

We estimate the value of the option to be NOK 7,500,000 for three years and the entire five-year agreement to NOK 12,500,000.

We ask that tenderers describe how such an additional assignment can be carried out and the costs of this.

The contracting authority will decide whether to take up the option by 28.02.2023.
