This framework agreement applies to marking of runways at airports in Bardufoss, Andenes, Rygge and Ørland. The framework agreement also includes an option for marking at other airports if the parties deem this appropriate.

Kort beskrivelse:
In general, the assignment includes marking of airports at aircraft operational areas under the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's area of responsibility.
The airport marking is based on signs and marking plans for the current aircraft operational areas for each airport. Pre-marking of lines and fields marking of runways, taxiways, aprons and internal roads on the aircraft side.
The marking must be maintained so that it is visible under all weather and visibility conditions and re-marking must therefore be carried out in well before the existing markings wear out.
It is strongly recommended to re-mark high wear areas twice a year; spring and autumn.
For runways, priority shall be given to the centre line, the transverse strip on the threshold, the sight points, and the marking of waiting positions.
Twice a year the centre line on taxiways without centre line lights and guide lines that wear out a lot to aprons should be painted.
Marking on top of existing markings is accepted, if this has good adhesion to the surface and if there are no changes in the sign and marking plan.

The framework agreements will be valid for 2 (two) calendar years after the contract is signed, with an option to extend for up to (1) one year plus (1) one year, a maximum of 4 (four) calendar years.
If the framework agreement will have a longer duration than two years, the contract must be extended in writing by the contracting authority at the latest before the expiry date of the framework agreement.
The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency can terminate the entire framework agreement so that the framework agreement only applies for two or three calendar years. The framework agreement must be terminated in writing at the latest 3 months before the possible expiry date of the framework agreement.
