The purpose of the framework agreement is to have access to IT equipment, software and related services per the defined and agreed upon terms throughout the contract period.
The framework agreement shall cover the needs of the Utdanningsdirektoratet [Norwegian Education Agency] for IT equipment, software and other IT services, including service and maintenance benefits, throughout the contract period. Software also includes third-party software (license-, subscription- or cloud-based).
Should it be specified if it applies to calls with a duration beyond the duration of the contract?
Due to holiday cancellations, answers to questions cannot be expected during weeks 28 through 31 of the contest.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The contracting authority would like to agree on an option that applies to an extension of the assignment for up to one year plus one year. As such, the contracting authority will be able to extend the contract two times, for one year at a time.

We anticipate the value of the option will be NOK 25-30 million per year.

The contracting authority will decide whether the option will be triggered at the end of the contract period. The contracting authority will notify the Tenderer in writing through the Contracting Authority's contest implementation tool whether the option will be triggered.
