a) Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. The company's average annual turnover in the last 3 years must exceed NOK 200 million. The requirement can be fulfilled by several tenderers together.

Aspects that will be included are the type of building (function), type of contract and contract form, interaction, proximity in time, size of projects, environmental requirements, complexity, and degree of relevance.
The assignments used in the selection criteria must be for experience gained in the last seven years before the prequalification deadline.
