The contest concerns the delivery of a framework agreement for course and conference events for the Norwegian Mediation Service.
The area around Gardermoen will be the primary course and conference area, as participants take flights from all over the country.
Option: If need, the Norwegian Mediation Service would like to use course and conference hotels in the centre of Oslo. In addition to this, we would like tenderers to offer hotels in other large and medium sized towns in Norway.
The Norwegian Mediation Service reserves the right to use other suppliers for special events. It is the Norwegian Mediation Service that will define what events are deemed to be special.
The procurement value is estimated to be: NOK 2,700,000 excluding VAT a year. The maximum value of the contract, including any options and expected price increase is NOK 13,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

Framework agreement

The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.

The framework agreement will be valid from and including 2023-02-01 until and including 2025-01-31, with an option for the contracting authority for a further extension for up to 2 years, 12 months at a time.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
