The New Hospital in Drammen (Norwegian: NSD) includes buildings with a total area of approx. 122,000 m2. The site is 150 decares, and is located in the existing industrial area at Brakerøya as far as Drammenselva and near the railway station. Construction began in autumn 2019, and full clinical operation is scheduled for May 2025. The outdoors installations in access areas and access roads must be completed in late autumn 2024 as parts of the hospital will be taken into use then. All the green areas in the contract must be completed in spring/summer 2025.
Contract 7008 PNSD park installations for the new hospital in Drammen consists of the establishment of the hospital's outdoor areas. The contract comprises green areas and access roads with a broad and varied offer and design. Contract 7008 has a physical interaction with a number of outdoors contract, and is very affected by internal contracts as regards coordination. This concerns both logistics and coordination of sub-deliveries for the outdoor areas.

Some of the interactions are mentioned here:
- adjoining contract 7005 municipal roads and sewage and water, Helsegata and with Drammen Municipality as the builder. The picture below shows an overview picture of the interaction with contract 7005.
- Horizontal interaction with contract 7009 PNSD ground and water and sewage work. Contract 7008 will carry out all the surface work in the same area that 7009 will built infrastructure and water and sewage. 7009 will complete its work in 2023.
It is Helse Sør-Øst (HSØ) c/o Sykehysbygg HF that is the builder for the 7008 and 7009 contracts. The 7008 contract also has interaction that surrounds the NSD turnkey contract for the psychiatry buildings and the access building in the east, and with the coming municipal contracts in both Lier and Drammen in the east and west. In addition there are also projects carried out by other actors in close proximity, e.g., Drammen Fjernvarme and Drammen Helsepark, which will require som coordination.
