Contest - delivery of continuing print-related services for Gran, Lunner, and Jevnaker Municipalities

Gran kommune

The aim of the contract is to cover each service location's needs in all three municipalities for printing, scanning, copying, and facsimiles.
The contract period will be four years plus an option for one plus one plus one plus one year, total maximum eight years.
All the offered products must be in accordance with the description of needs in the tender documentation.
The procurement will be made as an open tender contest with negotiations in accordance with the PPR parts I and III, section 13-1 and section 13-2. This procedure allows all interested tenderers to submit tenders.
The contest is split into two parts. All tenderers will be evaluated after they have submitted a tender, but only the best three will go further to negotiations.

The current volume is approx. NOK 1,200,000 a year, but this amount is subject to being reduced.

Procurements outside the agreement
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to purchase outside the contract if there is a lack of products.
