Assistance with a new joint data platform in DSB and for management/migration of the Knowledge Bank platform

DSB's purpose with the contract is to cover the entity's need for the following:
1. Assistance with holding a pilot in order to test and clarify possible ways of
establishing a cloud based data platform for DSB's activities, where the assistance is to be provided in
accordance with DSB's vision for the future data platform, cf. point 4 on Requirements for
the delivery. 2. Assistance with uncovering and migrating relevant parts of the technical
system/Knowledge Bank platform over to a more modern technological
platform, in close cooperation with a pilot for a future data platform.
2. Assistance with secure and stable operation and management of the technical system/Knowledge Bank
platform, so that it is available until it is migrated over to the new
modern technological platform. Assistance is also required for the following options:
1. Assistance with the establishment of a complete data platform based on the result of the pilot, and 2. assistance with the management of the migrated Knowledge Bank.
