The main objective of the assignment is to carry out an assessment of whether extraordinary subsidies to non-governmental organizations is a suitable scheme are to inform the immigrant population about the Corona situation. The contracting authority wants the assessment to increase the knowledge on what has worked well and what should be further developed or done differently in regard to facilities and reports for future, similar subsidy schemes for non-governmental organizations Moreover, the contracting authority wants to gain more general knowledge about the role of volunteering as information communicators.
