About the assignment
The contracting authority calls for tenders for a contractor for preparatory work for Project K651 Spjelkavik Arena in Ålesund municipality. The project shall be carried out as an execution contract for road, infrastructure, and groundwork. The contract will be based on NS 8405.
The work includes i.a.:
- The construction of a new footpath along Vasstrandvegen and Myrdalsvegen
- The establishment of infrastructure for the Spjelkavik Arena site
- Mass replacement and removal of contaminated masses on the Spjelkavik Arena site area
Any questions should be addressed to the contracting authority in the communication module in Mercell. Questions to the tender contest will not be answered before week 32 due to general staff holiday.
2 Site inspection
A tender inspection shall be held 17.08.2022. At (10:00). Meeting place: The parking area to the ski jump to Spjelkavik IL.

The contracting authority uses electronic procurement processes via the system provider Mercell (www.mercell.no). Amongst other things, tenders must be submitted electronically by the stated tender deadline.
Tenderers are responsible for submitting tenders by the tender deadline.
Tenderers are recommended, therefore, to submit tenders well before the deadline expires, for example, at least 1 hour before the tender deadline.

Requirement: The tenderer must have satisfactory economic and financial capacity to comply with the contractual obligations. Documentation: Annual accounts for the previous 3 years, including accounts with notes as well as the auditor's report. Documentation is not required from Norwegian tenderers. The contracting authority will verify accounting information and key figures from the Brønnøysund Register Centre/Purehelp. Additional information the tenderer finds necessary to give to substantiate the financial position shall be attached the tender without request from the contracting authority. Requirement: The tenderer must have experience from previous executed assignments of equivalent scope and complexity. Documentation: An overview of the two most relevant projects in the last 5 years that the tenderer has executed. The projects must be of a similar or larger scope and complexity. Compliance with the qualification requirement must be documented by information of maximum two A4 pages. The information shall include: - A brief description of the assignment/delivery. Type of project. Contract type. Type of work/role. - Complexity as well as scope in size and total costs. • A reference person with contact information must be stated. References will be contacted.
