Requirement:
The tenderer must have the necessary economic and financial capacity to carry out the contractual obligations.
Rating B in Creditsafe will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation:
• a credit rating based on the most recent financial figures;
• the contracting authority will obtain credit information from www.creditsafe.no.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Requirement:
The tenderer must have good experience from comparable assignments.
Documentation:
A short description of three (3) of the tenderer's comparable assignments in the last five (5) years. The invoice must, as a minimum, include the following information:
• contracting authority;
• the assignment's contractual value excluding VAT;
• the contracting authority's assignments/roles in the projects;
• the start-up and completion dates;
• the number of vehicles managed by the tenderer.;
• Part 1, Appendix E can be used as documentation.
Tenderers must have a system for quality management.
• a description of the tenderer's routines for quality management, with emphasis on quality assurance, resource management, management responsibility and continuous analysis and improvement;
• If a tenderer holds an ISO 9001:2008 certificate (or more recent version), this may be attached.

Tenders were rejected for sub-tender 2 - Sunnmøre due to significant deviations
The open tender contest is cancelled due to a lack of competition, cf. PPR section 25-4 (1).
The contracting authority will therefore hold a negotiated procedure without a prior notice in accordance with the PPR section 13-3 (b) for sub-tender 1 and section 13-3 (a) for sub-tender 2.
