The contracting authority wants to enter into a contract for the procurement of 1 high volume colour printer with an online finishing process. The contract also includes an option to purchase one (1) similar machine. We also wants to enter into a maintenance agreement on the printer. The purchase agreement and the maintenance agreement will be awarded to the same supplier.
The contract is valid from and including the date of signing the contract. The option to purchase a similar machine is valid for four years from the date of signing the contract.
The agreement on maintenance of high-volume colour printers acquired over the purchase agreement will have a duration from and including contract signing and for 3 (three) years from the start of the agreement. The contract will be automatically renewed for 1 (one) year at a time unless terminated by the contracting authority, c.f. the Norwegian Government's Standard Terms and Conditions for IT Procurement (Norwegian: SSA-V) point 4.1 "duration and termination" and contract appendix 4 to the agreement.
