It is important for Bærum Municipality that the solutions offered are stable and can contribute to the municipality being able to deliver both flexible and predictable services to our employees and residents.
Combined delivery will include establishing, maintenance and user-support.
The general requirements connected to functionality in the solution:
- a user-friendly interface for the various groups, with intuitive processes and individuality in the design of the work assignments.
- functionality that can be adjusted and tailored in relation to the user groups.
- that the system in a holistic manner safeguards the need for information flow.
- be an efficient work tool with quick response time and a good cooperation and communication tool.
- that the users are ensured a good and easily accessible support system.
- that security and personal protection are taken care of on the same level.
- that reporting and statistics are simple, clear and relevant for the various user groups.
