The Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training (Norwegian: Utdanningsdirektoratet) has established a project which in the period 2021 to 2024 will revise the Student Survey. The project shall replace the current Student Survey, which is an annual survey conducted by close to 500 000 students between fifth year and the third year in sixth form colleges.
The objective of the audit of the Student Survey is that the survey will have updated content that is adapted to new regulations on the school environment [1] and safeguards the intentions of the new curriculum Knowledge Promotion Reform 2020. We shall at the same time develop new technical solutions for planning, implementation and follow-up of the survey.

The objective of the audit of the Student Survey is that the survey will have updated content that is adapted to new regulations on the school environment [1] and safeguards the intentions of the new curriculum Knowledge Promotion Reform 2020. We shall at the same time develop new technical solutions for planning, implementation and follow-up of the survey.

The technical development is partly about creating new modules and integrating these with already existing solutions for logging in and processing and publishing data. Among other things, technical solutions will be developed based on login with Feide, use of Altinn Studio 3.0 as a survey solution, development of data reception at the Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training (Norwegian: Utdanningsdirektoratet, UDIR), as well as further development of the Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training's statistics system (USS) and analysis boards for processing, storing and publishing results.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The contracting authority wants to agree on an option that applies to an extension of assignment for up to 6 months.

The project will work with the development of the technical solution in the period 2021 to 2024. However, much of the development will take place in 2022. The purpose of the option is to ensure good project management and project follow-up in important phases of the project.

We anticipate the value of the option to be approx. NOK 1 100 000 — 1 600 000.

We ask that tenderers describe how such an additional assignment can be carried out and the costs of this.

The contracting authority will decide whether to activate the option by 1 June 2022
