The renovation includes the upgrade of the main hall with lifting devices for coverings and technical equipment (sound/lighting, etc.). The delivery includes new motorised pulleys/infrastructure that is to be assembled in an established grid above the existing stage area and in the loft above the hall ceiling.

The aim is to be able to use the hall with a large degree of flexibility, where, with the help of coverings and hanging options, several directions in the room can be used and the size of the stage and public areas can be varied.

The hall has originally functioned with a traditional peep show stage on the short wall.

The floor in the peep show has been removed so that the new floor is level with the floor in the hall. The original peep show can be re-established with the help of modular stage slabs, but the lifting height in the stage area must allow the curtains above the stage to be used when the stage is not built up.

Due to the age of the building, the builder has established a steel grid above the stage, which will be used for hanging new pulley cords. Weight calculations have been quality assured by the builder, which is responsible, but tenderers are asked to provide exact descriptions of the prerequisites in their solution proposals.

Tenderers cannot price parts of the delivery, however it is possible to offer alternative solutions in the form of several complete submissions.

Responses must include the model name and description so that the builder can easily find the product and specifications on the internet.

Tenderers are required to use qualified employees who have experience and competence within technical stage installations. A background with a certificate of apprenticeship within mechanical/technical professions will be particularly emphasised.
